Position Name: Business requirement analyst / java developer

Expected experience: 3-8 years

Description: The task of the selected candidate will be: detailed analyzis of the business requirements, break them down to funtional (understandable for developers) requirements. Later: contact and communication with the business department to clarify and estimate the requirements. Beside this, at the beginning, the selected candidate will have to develop  application logic (backend) of a web application systems. The developed system has to be able to communicate with the presentation layer via web services and has to follow the main architectural concepts and layers of the J2EE. The developer has to be able to code also on the presentation layer special on the controller level of the MVC. The database access technics should be also understood and handeled by the java developer (with the support of the Architect and the DBA)

Requested Knowledge: good communication skills, good understanding and analyzing of requirements, java, j2ee, jsp, OOP, basic design patterns, ...

Nice to have knowledge: jQuerry, dojo, flash, silverlight, freemarker, j2ee, OOP, basic design patterns, .Net C#, C++, SQL, Junit, Selenium, Maven

Tools: Eclipse, Visual Studio, Ant, SVN, Jira
